Orders are processed the same business day they are received. If an order is placed after business hours the order will be processed the next business day.  Please note business days are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5pm and Saturday, 9 am - 3 pm. This does not include holidays, Sundays or days the store is closed.

Delivery Times:

Local deliveries (within Accra) are delivered same business day if placed by 3pm; if placed after 3 pm order will be delivered next business day.

Orders outside of Accra (i.e Tema, Kumasi, Brong-Ahafo, Northern, etc.) generally take 1-3 business days depending on location and method of delivery (DHL Ghana, Bus delivery or our contracted dispatch service). We will contact you to arrange the best delivery option depending on your location.

For orders outside of Ghana, DHL is our preferred shipping method and we will contact you with the DHL shipping cost and instructions on how to pay the shipping fee. Once confirmed, tracking numbers will be provided by email.

Cash on delivery payments must be made to delivery driver. PLEASE PAY DELIVERY DRIVER CASH ONLY. You can NOT send mobile money to delivery drivers - all mobile money payments must be made in advance to femmeglowworld  at  +012 789654321. Someone must also be present at the address indicated to receive the package. No items will be left at your door/gate under any circumstance. If the driver cannot reach you for delivery, delivery will be reattempted the next business day.
